SASS LLC Liability Waiver
By registering for and/or participating in any class, workshop, event, or activity hosted by SASS LLC (“SASS”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Liability
I understand that participation in fitness and movement activities involves inherent physical demands and potential for injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, falls, or other bodily harm. I voluntarily elect to participate and accept full responsibility for any and all consequences arising from my participation, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
2. Medical Clearance
I affirm that I am physically capable of participating and have no medical condition that would prevent or limit my participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional prior to participation if I have any concerns regarding my health or physical condition.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless SASS LLC, its owner(s), instructors, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in any SASS activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. Personal Property
SASS LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to classes or events.
5. Media Release (Photo/Video Consent)
I grant permission for SASS LLC to capture and use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during classes or events for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. I understand that these materials may be used without compensation.
6. Code of Conduct
I agree to participate in a respectful manner and follow all instructions provided by instructors. SASS LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation for any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
7. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By registering and/or attending a SASS LLC class or event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age or, if under 18, have obtained parental/guardian consent to participate.
By completing registration, I agree to the terms of this waiver and confirm my consent.
